GWD was a tired-looking magazine when I came in as editor. "Experts" in welding supplies and gases had been running it . . . pretty much into the ground. Why fix something that wasn't broken? Sometimes it takes a new viewpoint to see that the pig needs fresh lipstick. Gases & Welding Distributor Clips in Web Format I was the editor-in-chief of this controlled-circulation business magazine. That means that we offered free subscriptions to qualified recipients. The magazine went to virtually every welding supply and industrial gas supplier in the U.S. and Canada. |

Modern Office TechnologyMOT was another controlled-circulation business magazine. I started off as an assistant editor and left as an associate editor that was a promotion in case you're wondering. The magazine name pretty much says it all. |
